Yearly Lawn Watering Restrictions Start May 1st thru September 30th

Residents supplied by the Union Water Supply System are reminded that lawn watering restrictions run from May 1st each year through to September 30th. Lawn watering can occur on odd days for odd numbered homes and even days for even numbered homes. Watering times are from 5 am until 8 am and again from 6 pm until midnight.

These bylaws have been in place since 2003 and during the warmer months assists the water treatment plant with reducing the peak demands on hot days.
