Drinking Water Quality and Management Standard

The Drinking Water Quality Management Standard (DWQMS) is created under Section 21 of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) and requires owners and operating authorities to have an accredited operating authority. The Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) provides this service to the Union Water Supply System. Here you will find the Operational Plan for the Ruthven Water Treatment Plant.
