NOAA cuts may affect Great Lakes science
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) will feel the impacts of the Trump Adminstration's decision to terminate hundreds of employees from NOAA. This may impact the laboratory that provides vital scientific information on the Great Lakes issues, including information on invasive species and more importantly toxins found in algal blooms.
