Drinking Water Quality Management Standard

UWSS’s third party operator is the Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) and has created our Quality & Environmental Management System (QEMS). This section will provide updates regarding the Operational Plan that is used at the Ruthven Water Treatment Plant and operated by OCWA. Here policies and procedures are set out with respect to quality and environmental management in accordance with the requirements of the Province of Ontario’s Drinking Water Quality Management Standard (DWQMS).
